The climatic characteristics of the Moussala region are presented [13] using the data bank of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology, based mainly on measurements performed since 1932 in the Meteorological Station of the Moussala peak. The hydrological characteristics are described in the same manner by analysing the additional regime of precipitation [14,15].
